two dresses

Well, Susanna has allowed me to break into her blog again.  This time because I promised pictures of her beautiful babies in their blessing dresses.  Josie and Delia were blessed at the end of July in California and because of a broken back, I unfortunately was unable to go.  However, I did help Grammy sew these beautiful little blessing dresses, although she gets most of the credit.  Especially for the incredible bonnets which she finished on her way to church.  Thanks Grammy!

They were beautiful dresses and bonnets. A truly treasured keepsake.
Elizabeth- your mother told me about your accident. I feel connected to you already. I did the same on a bike as well (T11T12 fractures and cervical instability). It will get better. I got my life back and felt even stronger. It took some work and dedication to recover but it's not really an issue anymore. Ran my marathons, rode my centuries and competed in tri's after the accident. Wishing you a fast recovery my bone sister!

So glad you could break into the blog. Have been so 'hungry' for post from GK and Susanna. Babies adorable, dresses and bonnets beautiful. Everything else priceless:)
Here's to a quick healing process.

Those girls look positively radiant. Thanks for the pics. Also, I forbid anyone on either side of the family to suffer any more serious injuries for at least 6 months. I mean it - no broken bones or sprains, no burns worse than 2nd degree, no stitches, no concussions, no surgical procedures.
